What is a managed remote team?
A managed remote team is a group of your dedicated employees, employed through EOR, working from a shared Dhaka workspace with a local team lead who handles scheduling, attendance and escalations, while objectives and work direction come from you. Each person's IP and work product are assigned to your company.
- Shared workspace in Banasree or a Gulshan co-working partner, USD 120 per seat per month, with generator backup and dual-ISP internet
- Laptop leasing at USD 35 per month, asset register and returns
- Local team lead for attendance, shifts and on-the-ground issues (from five staff)
- Shift coverage aligned to your time zone, including a 14:00–23:00 Dhaka shift for US East Coast overlap
How do you avoid contractor misclassification when staffing?
Everyone we place for ongoing, managed work is employed under a contract aligned with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, with payroll, withholding and statutory benefits in place. Genuine short-term independent work can be arranged under contractor management at USD 99 per contractor per month, with the distinction documented in a written scope and deliverables agreement.
