A locally registered employer with an English-speaking HR and compliance team in Dhaka, built for foreign companies that need to employ people in Bangladesh without an entity.
EORBangladesh is the trading name of EOR Bangladesh Limited, a company registered in Bangladesh in 2019 that acts as Employer of Record, payroll administrator and managed HR provider for foreign companies employing staff in Bangladesh. We employ more than 400 people on behalf of 60 clients in 14 countries, principally the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore and the UAE.
Employee personal data is collected only to the extent required for employment, payroll and statutory reporting, stored on encrypted servers in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1) with daily backups held in Dhaka, and shared only with the NBR, the employee's bank and statutory bodies as the law requires. Employment contracts include confidentiality and IP-assignment clauses in your favour, and our client services agreement includes an NDA and data-processing terms.
We do not promise legal outcomes, we do not publish statutory figures we have not checked against the current Act, and we do not display client logos or testimonials without written permission. Where a client story appears on this site, the client has approved the wording and asked that its name be withheld.

Case study
The group's legal team asked to review the employment contract, the client services agreement and our data-handling terms before approving the first Bangladesh hire.
We supplied the documents with each statutory reference cited, answered a written question list of 31 items within two business days, and amended the IP-assignment clause to the group's standard wording where Bangladesh law allowed. Counsel approved and the hire proceeded the following week.
Thirty-one questions answered in two days, with sections cited. That is not what we expected from a Dhaka vendor.Group General Counsel, Dutch industrial group
